PRODUCT ENHANCER

SRS is a Stain Resistance System developed by Shaw Industries to fight most common food based stains.

This patented process is applied as a bath application during the manufacturing wet process (dyeing). This allows the SRS product to completely encapsulate and chemically bond to the entire fiber bundle in the carpet thus making it much more stain resistant than traditional topical treatments. This process increases performance and durability under normal cleaning conditions.

Printed products treated with SRS have been subjected to rigorous testing. Even through multiple steam cleanings the SRS technology maintained a superior level of repellency.

SRS is an inexpensive method of adding value and performance to patterned carpet. Simply put, the carpet will yield better long-term appearance retention.
