Design Origins, a division of Shaw Industries, warrants that for ten (10) years from date of purchase, our style C.Y.P. when installed and maintained as recommended by Design Origins, will retain at least 90% of its pile fiber, subject to the following limitations:
This warranty does not cover tears, cuts, burns, or damage due to improper use, or the application of improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods. If dissatisfied with the wear performance the owner must notify Design Origins and permit us to test the carpet. If the carpet was found to have lost more than 10% of its pile fiber except on stairs, Design Origins will replace the original carpet in the affected room or area, free of charge, including installation. |
