Design leadership is also about giving back. Shaw Hospitality Group mentors young designers through internships and specials projects. We welcome the opportunity to conduct seminars that bring real-world exposure to students' learning experiences. We also sponsor competitions that give young designers an opportunity to show and share their talents.
